Energy at 4 p.m.
The clearest sign the program is working: you get to the end of a workday, a shift, or a double practice with something still in the tank.
Coach Gabe FigStrength & conditioning · Killeen, TX
More energy and endurance during the day, and conditioning that holds up. I am kind but strict, and I will take you from where you are to where you need to be.
The method
Real strength work on patterns you repeat long enough to own. Nothing random, nothing for show.
HIIT and cardio used as tools in measured doses, aimed at the endurance you actually want in your day.
Food that supports the training instead of fighting it, built around your week and not somebody's rulebook.
What changes
The clearest sign the program is working: you get to the end of a workday, a shift, or a double practice with something still in the tank.
Your breathing settles between rounds instead of climbing all session, and stairs, sets, and long days stop taking so much out of you.
Same work in less time. Heavier for cleaner reps. A body that looks like it trains, built over months of consistent blocks.
Where most people are
“I am tired before the day is even half over.”
“I have started five plans and finished none of them.”
“I do not have an hour a day, so I do nothing.”
Faith driven and nurturing
I started in strength and conditioning for volleyball in 2011, and watching teenagers turn into productive adults told me this was going to be part of my life. I coach in seasons now — pre-season to build, in-season to sharpen, off-season work to hold what you earned — because that is how people actually change.
Proof
I am taking on founding clients right now. That means my full attention on your evaluation, your phases, and your check-in cadence, and your progress becomes the first thing this page shows.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
Training camp
We talk, then I watch you move. Strength, breathing, conditioning, and what your week can honestly hold. No guessing, no template pulled off a shelf.
Strength and conditioning on the basic patterns, repeated long enough that you get good at them. This is where your energy starts coming back.
Conditioning gets specific, HIIT and cardio get used as tools in measured doses, and nutrition supports the work instead of fighting it.
We check in on the cadence we set, look at what actually moved, and reload so the next block hits harder than the last one.
Straight answers
That is my job, not yours. I will effectively evaluate you and take you from where you are to where you need to be. You do not need a plan before you message me. Where you are is the starting line, not a problem.
Most programs are a list of workouts with nothing built underneath them. Mine runs in phases, like a season, and I look at your week with you on a set cadence. When something is not working we adjust it instead of hoping harder.
Good, because daily is not the plan. Three or four honest sessions built for the life you already have beats six you never finish. I build the week around your schedule, whether you train with me in Killeen or online.
No. I coach athletes, parents, and professionals, and the ask is almost always the same: more energy and endurance during the day, and better conditioning. The phases change, the standard does not.
